No experience is required. All practices are accessible and invitational. You’re encouraged to listen to your body and participate in a way that feels supportive for you.

Yes. This retreat is designed specifically for women and those who identify with the feminine experience.

This is an intentionally intimate retreat. Group size will be limited to support depth, safety, and meaningful connection.

Absolutely. Many guests come solo. Community is intentionally cultivated, and most people leave with deep friendships.

Deposits are non‑refundable. Additional payments may be transferable to another guest or future retreat depending on timing. Full cancellation details are provided upon booking.

After booking, once we are a few months out, you’ll receive a detailed packing guide including clothing, footwear, and travel tips.

We strongly recommend travel insurance . It is always a good idea when traveling abroad.

Yes. Optional massages and private sessions may be booked onsite and are not included in the retreat price.

Rooms are assigned in the order deposits are received. We do our best to honor preferences and also make sure vibes align to the best of our ability.

Michelle and/or Des will reach out to you to schedule a short call so we can get to know one another, share more about what to expect and answer any questions you may have. Once we have connected and we all feel aligned, the offer to make the deposit to secure your spot will be offered.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Should a participant need to cancel for any reason, 50% of your retreat deposit is non-refundable. If possible I will do my best to credit your non-refundable fees minus the $100 service fee towards a future retreat.
Should Heller Good need to cancel a participant’s registration for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
Should the entire event need to be cancelled by the venue or for any reason, a full refund will be issued minus a $100 service fee per participant.
