  • Hunt's Tomb- Papago Park Governor Hunt's (map)

Join Heller Good and Siren Gliss

for a special evening of gentle yoga, live harp, and immersive sound

inspired by

Día de los Muertos

—

a time to honor loved ones who have passed and celebrate the enduring connections that shape our lives.

Through grounding movement, moments of reflection, and a deeply restorative sound journey, we'll create space to remember, release, and reconnect with what matters most.

Let the harp carry you. Let the sounds settle you. Let yourself be still enough to listen.

You don't need to have a yoga practice, experience with sound baths, or anything special to share. Simply arrive as you are, bring an open heart, and allow yourself to be immersed in an evening of music, movement, memory, and connection.

Come to remember.

Leave feeling more connected to life.

✨ What to Expect:

  • A golden-hour gathering in Papago Park surrounded by desert beauty as the sun sets and the evening unfolds

  • Grounding and gentle, accessible yoga to connect with your body, soften tension, and create space for reflection

  • A moment of remembrance to honor someone you love, a meaningful experience, or a past version of yourself that helped shape who you are today

  • Thoughtful reflection prompt cards offering space to explore what you want to honor, release, remember, and carry forward

  • Live harp music by Siren Gliss weaving beauty and emotion into the experience

  • An immersive harp + sound journey featuring crystal singing bowls and other resonant instruments to guide you into deep rest

  • Time for stillness and integration as the desert transitions from sunset into twilight

  • A welcoming, low-pressure space to feel, reflect, or simply receive—no yoga or sound bath experience needed, and sharing is always optional

✨ What to Bring:

  • A blanket and/or pillow to make your resting position extra comfortable (yoga mats provided)

  • A light layer or cozy wrap for the cooler evening air (a yoga blanket is provided)

  • Water to stay hydrated

  • An open heart, a curious spirit, and whatever memories or intentions you feel called to bring

Come As You Are

You don't need to arrive with a particular person in mind or a story to share.

You might come to honor someone you've lost, reflect on a meaningful chapter of your life, or simply reconnect with yourself beneath the changing desert sky.

Together, we'll create space for what was, what remains, and the beauty of being here now.
