Into the Body

A Women’s Hiking + Yoga Retreat in Sedona

May 18–21 | Crimson Haven

This is not a packed itinerary.
This is not a performance retreat.
This is a return to your body — in red rock country.

Set in Crimson Haven, a private Sedona home tucked just off Uptown with sweeping red rock views, this 4-day retreat is designed for women craving movement, nourishment, spaciousness, and real rest.

We hike.
We breathe.
We soak.
We eat well.
We slow down.

And everything else becomes quieter.

This retreat is for women who:

  • Feel stretched thin or disconnected from their bodies

  • Love nature but don’t identify as “hardcore yogis”

  • Want meaningful connection without forced vulnerability

  • Crave both movement and rest

  • Are ready to feel grounded, clear, and alive again

You won’t leave transformed into someone new.

You’ll leave more yourself — calm in your body, clear in your energy, and carrying practices you can actually bring home.

Michelle Heller: Guiding Transformation with Movement, Nature & Sound

Passionate, intuitive, and refreshingly real, Michelle is the founder of Heller Good, where adventure meets inner exploration. A 500-hour E-RYT yoga instructor, wilderness guide, and sound healer, she masterfully blends movement, mindfulness, and nature to create truly transformational experiences. Whether leading a soulful sound bath under the stars, a heart-opening yoga flow, or a deep-dive workshop into self-discovery, her approach is both powerful and refreshingly down-to-earth.

With years of experience guiding others through both the landscapes of the natural world and their own inner terrain, Michelle doesn’t just teach—she creates spaces for people to reclaim their strength, joy, and authenticity. From empowerment retreats to adventurous workshops, her offerings are designed to help you laugh, breathe, move, and grow—because transformation doesn’t have to be so serious.

Her philosophy? Spirituality without the pretense. Movement without the ego. Healing with a side of humor.Whether you’re flowing through sun salutations in the desert, hiking toward clarity, or soaking in the vibrations of a sound journey, you’ll leave feeling more grounded, more alive, and more YOU.
