Earth Day Ground and Sound Sunset Yoga Practices and Live Harp

  • Hunt's Tomb- Papago Park Governor Hunt's (map)

Join us

for a special Earth Day evening gathering

in the natural beauty of Papago Park

a space to slow down, reconnect, and return to what matters.

This 90-minute experience begins with gentle grounding and earthing practices designed to bring you back into your body. Through barefoot connection to the earth, simple movement, breath, and guided gratitude, you’ll be invited to soften, settle, and arrive fully in the present moment.

As the sun begins to set, we’ll transition into an immersive sound bath led by Dré (SirenGliss), blending ethereal harp with crystal singing bowls. The resonance of these instruments, combined with the natural landscape, creates a deeply calming and restorative experience for the nervous system.

This is not a high-energy class or a performance.

It’s a space to unwind.

To listen.

To reconnect

with yourself and with the earth beneath you.

What to Expect:

  • A peaceful sunset setting in Papago Park surrounded by desert beauty

  • Barefoot grounding (earthing) to reconnect with the natural world beneath you

  • Gentle, accessible yoga + movement focused on slowing down and softening

  • Breathwork and guided awareness to settle your nervous system

  • Simple gratitude practices to anchor you into the present moment

  • An immersive sound bath featuring live harp and crystal singing bowls

  • Time to rest, receive, and integrate under the open sky

  • A welcoming, low-pressure environment — no experience needed, no expectations

What to Bring:

  • A blanket and/or pillow for comfort (Yoga Mats provided)

  • A light layer or cozy wrap for relaxation (a yoga blanket is provided)

  • An open heart and a sense of wonder

Let the earth hold you. Let the sound carry you.

Are you ready to slow down, soften, and return to yourself?
