THE WAY BACK
Sometimes the way forward is the way back.
A four-day women’s retreat in Sedona to step away from the noise, reconnect with yourself, and remember what makes you feel alive.
Adventure, movement, meaningful connection, stillness, and time in nature — with space to slow down, get curious, and make room for what matters.
This isn’t an escape. It’s a return.
“The Way Back is an invitation to step outside your ordinary life long enough to reconnect with yourself—and then bring that connection home.”
~ MORE THAN A GETAWAY ~
We believe a meaningful retreat should feel like life — not a wellness checklist.
There will be red rock adventures, movement, laughter, deeper conversations, moments of stillness, and time to do absolutely nothing. We’ll explore Sedona, reconnect with our bodies, make space for reflection, and enjoy the kind of connection that happens when women get to show up as themselves.
Nothing about this weekend is about fixing you or becoming someone new.
It’s about getting quiet enough to listen, curious enough to explore, and open enough to remember what matters to you.
And then bringing a little more of that home.

TWO WOMEN. TWO PERSPECTIVES. ONE SHARED INTENTION.
The Way Back was created by two women who believe a retreat should feel like more than a beautiful place to temporarily disappear.
Michelle and Des bring different strengths, experiences and perspectives to the retreat—and that’s intentional. One brings a little more adventure, movement, curiosity and “let’s go see what’s around that corner.” The other brings warmth, reflection, nurturing and the kind of presence that makes you feel safe enough to slow down and really listen to yourself.
Together, we create space for both.
We aren't here to tell you who you should become. We're here to create the space, experiences and conversations that help you hear your own voice again.
