I had a great experience hiking with Michelle at the Papago park in Phoenix and ending it with a session of outdoor Yoga while watching spectacular sunset views throughout. Michelle respected whatever limitations I let her know and made me feel comfortable almost instantly. I definitely recommend hiking and experiencing Yoga with her. This is a great option if you are in Phoenix for a day and specially for those who are looking for solo activities. The money was worth the experience and I would do it again if I happen to visit. I booked Michelle of Heller Good for a sunrise yoga hike. She delivered an exceptional personal experience for my friend and me. She went above and beyond for us and even picked us up from our hotel. Her energy is genuine and infectious. In addition to guiding us through a very challenging hike at Echo Canyon, Michelle brought joy and humor to the experience. Her patience and guidance as we struggled through some tough sections was extremely supportive. I am so grateful for this experience. The partner yoga portion was medicine for our souls and she knew what we needed at that particular point. My friend has not practiced yoga in years and found renewed inspiration through this experience. Michelle is a true gem! Would love to work with her again when I'm in AZ. Since I'm unable to go to a yoga studio, this has been FANTASTIC. I'm enjoying the gentleness of the yoga classes online. Parts of the classes can be done in a chair, if I choose. Learning to pay attention to one's body thru yoga: breathing, postures and mediation is so valuable especially during these stressful days.
